Hi, I'm Rita!
I have over a decade of experience working in the security sector of the federal government. My time in the public sector has allowed me countless opportunities in project and program management, strategic planning, and change management. It is my passion to help organizations evolve and to empower their workforce to grow and learn.
I am a proud alum of George Mason University where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Politics and Government and later a Master's of Public Policy in 2017.

10 years ago this quote came across my desk and resonated so deeply with my ethos and purpose. I was always a solutions and goal oriented individual but this was one of the first times as a young professional that I saw the sentiment in words. I immediately wrote this quote on a sticky note and taped it to my monitor. It has served as my True North ever since.
Throughout my career in the public sector, I have been a champion of strategic thinking, strategic planning, project management, and change management. Helping to facilitate dialogue amongst my colleagues during program transitions always brings me great pride. But where my passion is the deepest comes after the strategies have been mapped out...after we think and talk about solutions and start to put them into PRACTICE!
This is often easier said than done and this is where my passion lies. Helping professionals learn new processes, templates, and IT platforms is the tip of the ice berg; what I value most is watching adult learners gain confidence in their abilities to perform these new tasks and to realize that they are capable of doing great things even as the organization transforms!
Our Services
Helping professionals strengthen and grow their skillsets to excel in the workplace is a deep passion of mine. I work with people to help them realize their goals by doing a lot of active listening and asking powerful questions. I meet with my clients weekly to discuss whatever issues are coming up in their lives and help them come up with solutions. We create action items for them to work on in the following weeks.
